Microblading, also first known as eyebrow embroidery, is a semi-permanent makeup procedure that allows you to dramatically correct or fully reconstruct lost eyebrow. It was first introduced in Asia, at the beginning of 21st century. Eyebrow Microblading is performed by manually depositing pigment in the basal layer of the epidermis by a special pen. It does not involve the use of a machine. Unlike permanent makeup brow treatments, Microblading techniques involves drawing individual, crisp hair strokes that are more natural looking than tattooing, brow pencils or powders. The blade of microblading pen contains numerous pins that are 3 times thinner than the needles used for tattooing. When performed correctly, the procedure is almost painless. Technicians usually use a numbing solution to limit discomfort.
Permanent makeup or Micropigmentation is a cosmetic technique which employs tattoos (permanent pigmentation of the dermis) as a means of producing designs that resemble makeup, such as eyelining and other permanent enhancing colors to the skin of the face and eyelids.
Like with eyelining, liplining also uses Micropigmentation to produce the permanent makeup effect. Lip Lining consists of applying Micropigmentation to the lining of the lip only, while Lip Full applies Micropigmentation to the entire surface of the lips.
Eyelash Extension is a practice that enhances the length, thickness and fullness to natural eyelashes. The extensions may consist of silk, mink, or synthetic hair. Methods of applying the extensions include full strips, clusters, and individual, one-by-one extensions.
